Our commitment: TLink VPN operates a strict no-logs policy. We do not monitor, record, or store your browsing activity, DNS queries, or traffic content. We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the VPN service.
This Privacy Policy describes how Tenlink LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the TLink VPN application and related services ("Services"). This policy applies to our iOS and macOS applications.
1. Information We Collect
We follow a "what we collect and why" approach. Here is exactly what TLink VPN collects:
Why: To authenticate you and manage your subscription across devices.
Why: To register your device, enforce device limits per your subscription tier, and deliver updates.
Why: To activate premium features and manage your subscription status.
Why: To establish your VPN connection and manage server capacity. We do not log your browsing activity, DNS queries, traffic destinations, or any content transmitted through the VPN tunnel.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
TLink VPN is designed with privacy as a core principle. We maintain a strict no-logs policy and do not collect:
- Your browsing history or the websites you visit
- Your DNS queries or search terms
- Traffic content, packet data, or data transferred through the VPN tunnel
- Your original IP address after VPN connection is established
- Connection logs that link your identity to your online activity
- Contents of your emails, messages, or files
- Your contacts, photos, or personal documents
- Your precise location or GPS data
3. How We Process Data
VPN Connection: When you connect to TLink VPN, your device establishes an encrypted IKEv2 tunnel to our VPN server using AES-256 encryption. Your internet traffic is routed through this tunnel, masking your IP address. We do not inspect, log, or store the content of your traffic. Connection timestamps are used solely for server capacity management and are not associated with your browsing activity.
Server Selection: When you choose a server location, we route your connection to that server. Your selected server preference is stored locally on your device.
Authentication: Your VPN credentials are provisioned automatically when you subscribe. These credentials authenticate your device with our VPN servers. Credentials are revoked when you delete your account.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plaintext. Authentication tokens and VPN credentials are stored in your device's secure Keychain. Our VPN servers are operated on infrastructure we control and do not store traffic logs.
5. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time directly within the app (Account tab â Delete Account). When you delete your account:
- Immediately deleted: Your account credentials, device registrations, VPN credentials (IKEv2 username/password are revoked from all servers), and active sessions.
- Deleted within 30 days: Any remaining personal data associated with your account, including email address and subscription records.
- Retained for legal compliance: Anonymized billing transaction records may be retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.
Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through Settings â Apple ID â Subscriptions before or after deleting your account.
6. Third-Party Services
TLink VPN uses the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store: For subscription billing and payment processing via In-App Purchase. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Stripe: For website-based subscription billing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data processed through their platform.
7. Children's Privacy
TLink VPN is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly within the app (Account tab â Delete Account). You may also contact us at support@tlinksecure.com to request data access, correction, or deletion.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email or an in-app notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of TLink VPN after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
