1.1 Who We Are

Tenlink LLC ("Tenlink," "we," "us," or "our") is a United States software company that builds products for lawful digital privacy, cybersecurity, remote access, and endpoint protection. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share information when you use our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Our Services include TLink VPN, TLink Defender, RemoteMain, Malware Defender, DNS Protection, Safari and web protection tools, and related subscription websites and applications. Some of our products are currently in active development, early access, or beta testing. This Privacy Policy applies to all versions of our Services, including development, beta, and production releases.

1.2 Your Responsibility to Know Your Local Laws

Tenlink LLC is a United States company and our policies are written under United States law. However, our products may be used by individuals in many countries and jurisdictions around the world. Laws and regulations regarding privacy, data protection, VPN usage, encryption, remote access, cybersecurity tools, and digital communications vary significantly from country to country, state to state, and region to region.

Before using any Tenlink LLC product or service, you should:

Tenlink LLC publishes its legal documents in English. Translated versions, if any, are provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall control.

Tenlink LLC is not responsible for advising you on the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

1.3 Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. For RemoteMain, this includes device registration and two-factor authentication (TOTP) setup data.

Billing and Payment Information

When you purchase a subscription or product, we collect payment information such as credit card details, billing address, and transaction records. Payment card processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Device and Technical Information

We may collect device identifiers, operating system type and version, application version, IP address (for connection routing and abuse prevention), hardware configuration (for compatibility), and similar technical data necessary to deliver and support our Services.

Usage and Diagnostic Data

We may collect crash reports, performance logs, error diagnostics, and aggregated usage statistics to improve our products. Because many of our products are in active development, we may collect additional diagnostic data during beta or early access periods to identify bugs and improve stability. This data is used for product development and is not used to track your online browsing activity.

Security and Abuse Prevention Data

We may collect connection metadata (such as timestamps, connection duration, and bandwidth usage) for the purpose of preventing fraud, enforcing our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, responding to abuse reports, and complying with valid legal process. We do not log the content of your internet traffic when using TLink VPN.

Support Communications

When you contact customer support, we collect the content of your communications and any information you voluntarily provide.

Website Data

Our websites may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to understand website traffic, improve user experience, and support marketing. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Because some of our products are in active development, security features may be added, updated, or modified over time. We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain strong security at all stages of development.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and the right to opt out of certain processing activities. If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or another state with consumer privacy legislation, you may have additional rights under those laws. We will honor valid requests in accordance with applicable state privacy requirements.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may have rights under the GDPR or equivalent regulations. We process data based on legitimate business interests, contractual necessity, and consent where applicable. You should consult with a local attorney or data protection advisor to understand your specific rights under your jurisdiction's laws.

1.9 Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly. Tenlink LLC is based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. 2. Terms of Service

By accessing or using any product, website, application, or service (collectively, "Services") offered by Tenlink LLC ("Tenlink," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2.5 Account Registration

Certain Services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.6 Subscriptions and Payment

Subscription Plans: Our Services may be offered on a subscription basis with various plan tiers. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Free Trials: We may offer free trial periods. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

Billing and Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests should be submitted to support@tlinksecure.com.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice before your next renewal.

2.7 Acceptable Use

Your use of our Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes.

2.8 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with our Services are owned by or licensed to Tenlink LLC. These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services as permitted.

2.9 Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, BUG-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

2.10 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TENLINK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

2.11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tenlink LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

2.12 Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. We may also suspend Services for non-payment, maintenance, or legal requirements.

2.13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Tenlink LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You agree to waive any right to class action or class-wide arbitration.

Note: If you are located in a jurisdiction that does not recognize arbitration agreements or class action waivers, consult with a local attorney to understand how these provisions may apply to you.

2.14 Language

These Terms of Service are published in English. Translated versions, if any, are provided for convenience only. The English version shall govern in case of any conflict.

2.15 Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

2.16 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

2.17 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tenlink LLC.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.5 Remote Access — Special Requirements

RemoteMain is designed for authorized access to your own devices or devices you have explicit permission to manage. Only install the host agent on devices you own or are authorized to manage. Obtain informed consent before initiating remote sessions. Never use remote access tools for unauthorized surveillance or data theft.

Note: RemoteMain is in active development. Do not rely on it as your sole remote access solution for critical operations.

3.6 VPN — Special Requirements

TLink VPN is designed for lawful privacy protection. It may not be used to conceal criminal activity, access illegal content, or launch attacks. TLink VPN may not be available on all platforms at this time.

3.7 Enforcement

Tenlink LLC reserves the right to investigate violations, suspend or terminate accounts, report criminal activity to law enforcement, and pursue legal remedies.

4. Anti-Criminal Misuse Statement

Our Commitment Against Criminal Misuse

Tenlink LLC builds software for lawful privacy, security, productivity, remote access, and digital protection. We do not support, encourage, condone, or allow criminal activity of any kind.

What We Prohibit

We strictly prohibit the use of our products for hacking, unauthorized access, malware distribution, credential theft, fraud, harassment, exploitation, stalking, spam, child exploitation, trafficking, terrorism, evasion of law enforcement, or any other criminal or illegal activity.

What We Do

Your Responsibility

Every user is responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Before using our products, you should understand your local government's laws and regulations. If you have questions about legality, consult with a qualified local attorney.

Emergency Situations

Our products are not emergency services. If you face a threat to personal safety, health, life, or property, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services immediately (such as 911 in the United States).

5. Law Enforcement Request Policy

5.1 Overview

Tenlink LLC respects both user privacy and the rule of law. This policy describes how we handle requests for information from law enforcement and government agencies.

5.2 Legal Process Requirements

We can only provide data that we actually possess. We do not log VPN traffic content. Remote access session content is end-to-end encrypted. Because our products are in active development, data collection practices may evolve over time.

5.4 How to Submit Requests

Law enforcement requests should be sent to: support@tenlink.com with the subject line "Law Enforcement Request." Requests should include the issuing agency, badge/ID number, legal authority, description of information sought, and case number.

5.5 Emergency Requests

In cases involving imminent threat to life or serious physical injury, we may voluntarily disclose information to law enforcement without a court order, consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 2702(b)(8) and (c)(4).

5.6 User Notification

Unless legally prohibited, we will attempt to notify affected users of law enforcement requests before disclosing their information.

5.7 International Requests

International law enforcement requests must be submitted through appropriate legal channels such as mutual legal assistance treaties (MLATs) or letters rogatory.

5.8 Our Position

Tenlink LLC will not provide backdoor access to our systems or encryption. We comply only with valid, lawful legal process.

7. DMCA & Copyright Policy

Tenlink LLC respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA notices (17 U.S.C. § 512).

7.2 Filing a DMCA Notice

Send DMCA notices to: support@tenlink.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, good-faith statement, accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and your signature.

10. Subscription & Refund Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled. 30-day refund policy for new purchases and renewals. App Store purchases are governed by that platform's terms. We do not increase prices at renewal without prior notice. Subscription fees are not prorated for temporary service interruptions during development or maintenance. Feature availability may depend on development status.

RemoteMain is for authorized remote access only. Unauthorized access is a crime under 18 U.S.C. § 1030. Currently in early access; Windows host and additional features under development. Do not rely on RemoteMain as your sole remote access solution for critical operations.

Endpoint protection tools designed to help detect and remove malware. No security product guarantees complete protection. In active development; may not support all platforms. Maintain alternative security tools.
